Shipping Information

We ship all our items using Canada Post's service. It has proven to be the most reliable service for delivering our products to anywhere in the world. We can ship by private courriers such as Purolator, FedEx or UPS by special request.  Canada Post is Canada's national mail service and will hand off delivery of items to your national mail carrier (such as USPS in the USA)

With all shipment to the USA or International destinations, we are not responsible for delays caused by your country's Customs & Importation rules and regulations. We label all our packages with their full content's value and codes. We are not responsible for any Duties or Customs fees incurred when importing our items.

If an item is lost, stolen or damaged during transit, please contact us.  We can initiate investigations with Canada Post and file insurance claims for any lost or stolen track-able items after 45 days of the item being missing starting from it's shipping date. The claim will only be for the amount of insurance allowed and purchased. We require purchase of insurance on all orders being shipped where possible.

All delivery and time in transit estimates our cart generates do not take production time into account. Please contact us if a specific timeframe or date is needed for your order.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Please contact us if you need to initiate a return.

Conditions where we CANNOT accept returns:

  • Any used latex prosthetic items. It is unsanitary (and frankly, disgusting) for us to try to resell such pieces.
  • User-error:
    1. Prosthetics can and do tear during removal, there is no guarantee that a prosthetic piece can be used for more than once.
    2. There are fx makeup items that can damage or destroy prosthetic pieces, such as strong removers that contain isopropyl myristrate and castor oil.
  • Customized prosthetic items. Many of our items can be customized, they can be painted, modified or assembled to your specifications. Time and effort has been expended to make your request. Reselling your customized item would be very difficult. If you are unsure if a prosthetic piece will fit and may foresee returning it, please order it unmodified and unpainted.

Conditions where we CAN accept returns:

  • Clean, unused and non-customized prosthetic pieces; it's OK to change your mind. Customers will need to pay for the return shipping.
  • Clean, unused and non-customized prosthetic pieces to exchange for other prosthetics. This is due to the fact that prosthetics may not fit everyone or have the desired appearance. Customers will need to pay for the return shipping.
  • Items that have severe workmanship flaws, can be refunded or exchanged; though this is rarely the case as we do trim and inspect every single piece before it is shipped. If this were to happen, we'll cover the shipping costs.

Minimum Orders

Due to VAT requirements and regulations introduced in 2021, we cannot ship orders to EU member countries or to the UK that are below certain thresholds:

The minimum order to the UK is £135 GBP
The minimum order to EU member countries is €150 EUR

Orders above these thresholds are perfectly fine. They will be subjected to VAT which will be assessed on import, and collected by your local mail service upon delivery.

Orders below these thresholds will be rejected. Contact us if you need to place a small order, so we can make other arrangements.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. It is too onerous for us as a small business of two people, to comply with requirements to file VAT returns for multiple countries in order to ship small value orders to these countries.

Production Times

We keep a limited inventory of hot foam latex pieces in stock. Due to the nature of latex, we do not like keeping a large inventory of pieces to prevent them from yellowing or deteriorating over time.  We tend to keep most noses in stock and some of the larger and more popular pieces too.  For example, we will keep stock of Large Horse Muzzles and Small Fox Noses.  We rarely keep stock of Orca Faces or Parrot Beaks as those pieces are rarely ordered.

Most prosthetics will need 2-3 days to be made, (pouring foam latex, washing foam latex, letting it dry out, it all takes a bit of time)
Most custom painting will take 2-5 days to do. If it's a larger piece with greater detail, it may take longer.

HallowGrinchmas  (Halloween, Grinch / Christmas season, September through to mid-December) is our busiest time of the year. Production times may take longer as we receive a higher volume of orders and requests.
