Transform yourself with our foam latex prosthetics for special effects makeup.
Pax paint is a vibrant colored adhesive-based paint used for painting prosthetics and masks. It is a mixture of Pros-Aide Adhesive with acrylic paint, to make a flexible and tacky paint that is waterproof, sweat-proof, and can hold up to abuse. It is safe to put on your skin, but very difficult to remove. It is impossible to remove from latex prosthetics without destroying the pieces.
Apply Pax Paint by brush, or thin it with some water for an external mix airbrush application. It's the paint we use for the custom painting we offer for most of our latex prosthetics. Since this is an adhesive-based paint, use it sparingly on your skin as it will be very difficult to remove. Avoid getting it near your eyes as the scrubbing and remover needed to take Pax Paint off will be abusive to thin-skinned areas. It is useful as touch-up paint for pre-painted prosthetics and masks and to ensure you have a matching color for your skin.
When it dries, it'll remain tacky, which means that a translucent powder would be needed to reduce the tackiness and to prevent edges from folding into themselves.
For removal, Bond-Off Remover can help avoid heavy scrubbing and make for an easier time taking off the Pax Paint.
Price includes one bottle of PAX Paint in the size and colour of your choice. Please be specific when describing the color desired.
