The Raccoon Nose is ideal for prosthetic makeup for a raccoon character.
It is available as a foam latex prosthetic or a slush cast latex prosthetic.
It has a cone-like shape and puffy cheeks to mimic the look of a raccoon. It's much larger and more detailed that our Small Fox Nose; with a skin texture and wrinkles.
It can be used for special effects makeup to appear as a raccoon as well as a red panda, a tanuki (raccoon dog) or more.

This is our Raccoon Nose. Like most of our pieces, this prosthetic appliance was sculpted on a generic adult male lifecast, so it will fit most faces. The main pictures above are the hot foam latex version applied and painted as a raccoon and a tanuki.
This nose has a cone-like shape and puffy cheeks to mimic the look of a raccoon. It's much larger and more detailed that our Small Fox Nose, with a skin texture and wrinkles. It was modeled after a raccoon, but could also be useful for a red panda or a tanuki (raccoon dog). Adding one of our chin and forehead pieces can help complete the look. It is in one piece.
The default price includes one unpainted (blank) Raccoon Nose prosthetic in hot foam latex.
You can choose which material you'd like it made in by selecting it above. It is available in slush cast latex and hot foam latex. Visit our FAQ for the differences between these materials.
To finish it, you can paint it with makeup, or pax paint, to make it resemble raccoons, tanukis, red pandas, or probably other species. Paint it in white, greys, browns or beige tones. Paint it in fantasy colours. Laying some hair on the piece will help accentuate it nicely.

Contact lenses, ears and other prosthetic pieces other than the Raccoon Nose that are shown are not included in pricing. Combining the Raccoon Nose with different ears, chins or forehead pieces can give it a whole different look. Some of the above photos feature our Feline Prop Ears put into a fur hood
Options:
- Optional Whiskers: We will embed plastic whiskers into the nose, there are options for transparent or black whiskers and different quantities are available.
- Optional Single Colour Paint: We will spray ONE single colour of PAX paint over the entire prosthetic as a base coat. Enter ONE colour in the single colour paint field. For example: "white." This option requires 1 to 2 days for production time.
- Optional Full Custom Paint: We will fully paint and detail the piece with multiple colours and shading, using PAX paints. Enter a detailed description in the full custom paint field. For example: "A natural raccoon. Grey-brown bridge of the nose, black under the eyes, white face and muzzle, black nose and lips." You can also e-mail us an image or send links to reference pictures. This option requires 2 to 4 days for production time.
