This is our Small Cartoon Muzzle. Like most of our pieces, this prosthetic appliance was sculpted on a generic adult male lifecast, so it will fit most faces.
This is an unusual piece, a muzzle emulating the rubberhose style canines from classic animation. This piece has a few wrinkles on the bridge of the muzzle and a big rounded ball-like nose. The chin part has a simple bottom lip. It's smiling by default. It comes with 3 sets of plastic teeth: two square pieces, two pointed pieces and a block of buck teeth. This muzzle could be used for all sorts of dogs, wolves, foxes, mice, rats and many other cartoon animal characters. The muzzle is in two parts and comes with 3 sets of plastic teeth (in 5 parts).
The default price includes one unpainted (blank) two-part Small Cartoon Muzzle prosthetic in hot foam latex with 5 plastic teeth parts.
You can choose which material you'd like it made in by selecting it above. It is available in slush cast latex and hot foam latex. Visit our FAQ for the differences between these materials.
To finish it, you can paint it with makeup, or pax paint, to make it into multiple species. Paint it in beige, brown, tan, or white. Different combinations of teeth, foreheads and using different costume parts can make this almost any species from rats to dogs with almost any sort of expression.
Options:
- Optional Whiskers: We will embed the chosen style & quantity of plastic whiskers into the nose.
- Optional Single Colour Paint: We will spray ONE single colour of PAX paint over the entire prosthetic as a base coat. Enter ONE colour in the single colour paint field. For example: "light beige." This option requires 1 to 2 days for production time.
- Optional Full Custom Paint: We will fully paint and detail the piece with multiple colours and shading, using PAX paints. Enter a detailed description in the full custom paint field. For example: "A cartoon grey rat. Medium grey face with white muzzle, black nose and lips, black inside of the mouth. No shading, hard lines between colours." You can also e-mail us an image or send links to reference pictures. This option requires 2 to 4 days for production time.
