It is a larger nose for a generic rodent, though it's based off of a rat. The muzzle portion is bulkier than the small rodent nose and the actual nose is larger.
It can be used for special effects makeup to transform you into a rat, mouse, squirrel, chipmunk or more.

This is our Large Rodent Nose. Like most of our pieces, this prosthetic appliance was sculpted on a generic adult male lifecast, so it will fit most faces.
The main picture above is the hot foam latex version applied and painted as a grey rat. This is a larger nose for a generic rodent, though it's based off of a rat. The muzzle portion is bulkier than the small rodent nose and the actual nose is larger. It can be painted to resemble many rodent species such as rats, mice, chipmunks, squirrels, weasels and more. Teeth and whiskers can be added to complete the rodent look. The nose is in one piece.
The default price includes one unpainted (blank) Large Rodent Nose prosthetic in hot foam latex.
You can choose which material you'd like it made in by selecting it above. It is available in slush cast latex and hot foam latex. Visit our FAQ for the differences between these materials.
To finish it, you can paint it with makeup, or pax paint, to make it resemble many rodents such as rats, mice, squirrels or chipmunks. Paint it in browns or greys, or paint it in fantasy colours.

Contact lenses, ears, teeth or other prosthetic pieces other than the Large Rodent Nose that are shown are not included in pricing. Combining the Large Rodent Nose with different ears, chins or forehead pieces can give it a whole different look. Some of the above photos feature our Rat Prop Ears put into a hood.
Options:
- Optional Rodent Teeth: We will attach a set of latex buckteeth to the nose.
- Optional Whiskers: We will embed the chosen style & quantity of plastic whiskers into the nose.
- Optional Single Colour Paint: We will spray ONE single colour of PAX paint over the entire prosthetic as a base coat. Enter ONE colour in the single colour paint field. For example: "white." This option requires 1 to 2 days for production time.
- Optional Full Custom Paint: We will fully paint and detail the piece with multiple colours and shading, using PAX paints. Enter a detailed description in the full custom paint field. For example: "A natural black rat. Black face and muzzle, fading to white at the muzzle tip, dark rose nose and lips." You can also e-mail us an image or send links to reference pictures. This option requires 2 to 4 days for production time.
